	Personal Information: address, SIN, employment details, contact information.
	Identification: bank statements, utility bill, credit statement.
	Member Share: a small one-time deposit ($5.00) that validates your membership.
	Joint Account Information: if you are applying for a joint account, information on the other account holder will be required.
